Human Elastin Microfibril Interface Located Protein 1 (EMILIN1) ELISA Kit
The Human EMILIN1 (Elastin Microfibril Interface-Located Protein 1) ELISA Kit is a specialized tool designed for the precise quantification of EMILIN1 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it a valuable asset for a wide array of research investigations.EMILIN1 is a key protein involved in maintaining the integrity of the extracellular matrix and regulating cellular adhesion and migration. Dysregulation of EMILIN1 expression has been linked to various pathological conditions, including fibrosis, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer progression.
Hence, this ELISA kit serves as a crucial tool for investigating the role of EMILIN1 in disease pathogenesis and for the development of potential therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Human EMILIN1 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient means of studying the functions and dysregulation of EMILIN1, offering valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential treatment options.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
