Human Dynein, Axonemal, Heavy Chain 11 (DNAH11) ELISA Kit
The Human Dynein Axonemal Heavy Chain 11 (DNAH11) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting levels of DNAH11 in human samples. This kit is specifically designed for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, offering high sensitivity and specificity for precise and reproducible results.DNAH11 is a critical component of dynein, a motor protein involved in cell motility and ciliary movement. Dysregulation of DNAH11 has been linked to various diseases including primary ciliary dyskinesia, male infertility, and respiratory diseases.
By measuring DNAH11 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into these conditions and potential therapeutic targets. With its ease of use and robust performance, the Human DNAH11 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for studying the role of DNAH11 in health and disease, making it a valuable asset for researchers in the field of molecular biology and medicine.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
