Human Dihydrodiol Dehydrogenase 2 (DDH2) ELISA Kit
The Human Dihydrodiol Dehydrogenase 2 (DDH2) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to accurately measure DDH2 levels in human samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing precise and consistent results in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.Dihydrodiol Dehydrogenase 2 is an important enzyme involved in the metabolism of various chemicals, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Dysregulation of DDH2 has been linked to cancer development and drug metabolism, making it a key target for study in research on carcinogenesis and pharmacology.
By using the Human DDH2 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of the role of DDH2 in human health and disease, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions and personalized medicine approaches. Trust in the accuracy and reliability of this kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
