The Human Diablo Homolog (DIABLO) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of DIABLO levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research applications.DIABLO, also known as Second Mitochondria-Derived Activator of Caspases (SMAC), is a key regulator of apoptosis, the process of programmed cell death. It functions by promoting the activation of caspases, enzymes responsible for cell destruction. Abnormalities in DIABLO levels have been associated with various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions, highlighting its significance as a potential biomarker for disease progression and treatment development.
With its superior performance and ease of use, the Human DIABLO ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers and clinicians seeking to explore the role of DIABLO in health and disease. Its reliable results and broad applicability make it an invaluable resource for advancing our understanding of apoptosis and its implications for human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
