The Human Desmocollin-1 (DSC1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure levels of Desmocollin-1 in human biological samples. This kit is specifically designed for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing researchers with a versatile and reliable option for their studies.Desmocollin-1 is a key protein involved in cell adhesion and plays a critical role in maintaining the structural integrity of tissues such as the skin and heart. Dysregulation of Desmocollin-1 has been linked to various skin disorders and cardiomyopathies, making it an important biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
The Assay Genie Human Desmocollin-1 ELISA Kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results with every assay. Whether studying fundamental biology or investigating disease mechanisms, this kit provides researchers with the confidence to trust their data and make meaningful discoveries.Order your Human Desmocollin-1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie today and take your research to the next level.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
