The Human DCN (Decorin) CLIA Kit is a high-quality assay designed for the precise measurement of decorin levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Decorin is a vital extracellular matrix protein that plays a critical role in regulating collagen fibrillogenesis and cell growth. It is involved in various biological processes, including tissue remodeling, wound healing, and inflammation.
Abnormal decorin levels have been associated with diseases such as cancer, fibrosis, and arthritis, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. The Human DCN (Decorin) CLIA Kit offers a reliable and easy-to-use solution for researchers looking to investigate the role of decorin in health and disease. Its robust performance and user-friendly design make it an excellent choice for laboratories seeking accurate and reproducible data in their studies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human DCN. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human DCN and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human DCN, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human DCN. You can calculate the concentration of Human DCN in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
