Human Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Antigen 4 (CTLA4) ELISA Kit
The Human CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Antigen 4) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of CTLA4 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers reliable and consistent results, making it suitable for a diverse range of research applications.CTLA4 is a key immune checkpoint protein that plays a critical role in regulating T-cell activation and tolerance. Dysregulation of CTLA4 function has been linked to various autoimmune diseases, cancer, and inflammatory disorders.
Therefore, accurate quantification of CTLA4 levels is essential for understanding the underlying mechanisms of these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. The Human CTLA4 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the role of CTLA4 in health and disease. Its ease of use, robust performance, and accurate results make it a valuable addition to any laboratory conducting research on immune regulation and related disorders.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
