Human Cytosolic Phospholipase A2-alpha (cPLA2a) ELISA Kit
The Human Cytosolic Phospholipase A2 Alpha (cPLA2A) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of cPLA2A levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.cPLA2A is a crucial enzyme involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses and lipid mediator production. Dysregulation of cPLA2A has been linked to various diseases such as arthritis, asthma, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.
With this ELISA Kit, researchers can easily quantify cPLA2A levels in human samples, providing valuable insights into the role of this enzyme in disease pathogenesis and identifying potential therapeutic targets. Trust in the reliability and accuracy of the Human Cytosolic Phospholipase A2 Alpha ELISA Kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
