The Human Cytochrome P450 11A1 (CYP11A1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive assay designed for the accurate quantification of CYP11A1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and reproducibility, ensuring reliable results for a variety of research applications.CYP11A1 is an important enzyme involved in steroid hormone biosynthesis, specifically in the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone. Dysregulation of CYP11A1 has been implicated in various diseases, including adrenal insufficiency, infertility, and certain types of cancer.
Therefore, the measurement of CYP11A1 levels can provide valuable insight into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. The Human Cytochrome P450 11A1 (CYP11A1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying steroidogenesis, endocrine disorders, and reproductive health, offering a convenient and accurate method for the analysis of CYP11A1 levels in human samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
