Human Cysteine Conjugate Beta Lyase,Cytoplasmic (CCbL1) ELISA Kit
The Human Cysteine Conjugate Beta Lyase - Cytoplasmic (CCBL1) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the precise measurement of CCBL1 levels in human biological samples. This kit is specifically designed to provide researchers with accurate and reliable results for the detection of CCBL1 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.CCBL1, also known as cysteine conjugate beta-lyase, is an important enzyme involved in the metabolism of xenobiotics and endogenous compounds. Its role in detoxification processes and sulfur metabolism makes it a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Aberrant CCBL1 levels have been linked to various diseases, including liver disorders, kidney diseases, and certain cancers, highlighting its potential as a valuable biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapeutic interventions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human CCBL1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for studying the role of CCBL1 in health and disease. Whether investigating drug metabolism, toxicology, or pathophysiological mechanisms, this kit provides a reliable and robust platform for exploring the biological function of CCBL1 and its implications for human health.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
