Human CYFRA21-1 (Cytokeratin Fragment Antigen 21-1) CLIA Kit
The Human CYFRA 21-1 (Cytokeratin Fragment Antigen 21-1) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of CYFRA 21-1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for a wide range of research applications.CYFRA 21-1 is a fragment of cytokeratin-19, a protein found in epithelial cells, and is a well-established biomarker for various cancers, especially lung cancer.
Elevated levels of CYFRA 21-1 have been associated with poor prognosis and disease progression, making it a valuable marker for monitoring cancer patients and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment.Whether studying cancer biology, monitoring disease progression, or evaluating therapeutic interventions, the Human CYFRA 21-1 CLIA Kit provides researchers with a robust and efficient tool for advancing their understanding of cancer and developing improved diagnostic and treatment strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CYFRA21-1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CYFRA21-1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CYFRA21-1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CYFRA21-1. You can calculate the concentration of Human CYFRA21-1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
