Human Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A) ELISA Kit
The Human Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of CDKN2A levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.CDKN2A is a key regulator of cell cycle progression, inhibiting the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases and promoting cell cycle arrest.
Dysregulation of CDKN2A has been linked to various diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions. With its ease of use and reliable performance, the Human Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to delve deeper into the role of CDKN2A in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
