Human CXCL16 (Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Ligand 16) CLIA Kit
The Human CXCL16 (Chemokine C-X-C motif ligand 16) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of CXCL16 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.CXCL16 is a chemokine that plays a critical role in immune responses and inflammatory processes. It is involved in regulating the migration and activation of immune cells, as well as promoting the recruitment of immune cells to sites of inflammation.
Dysregulation of CXCL16 has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer.By accurately measuring CXCL16 levels, researchers can better understand the role of this chemokine in health and disease, leading to potential insights for developing novel therapies and diagnostic tools. Upgrade your research with the Human CXCL16 CLIA Kit today.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CXCL16. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CXCL16 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CXCL16, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CXCL16. You can calculate the concentration of Human CXCL16 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
