The Human CTSC (Cathepsin C) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of Cathepsin C levels in human samples. Cathepsin C is a lysosomal protease that plays a key role in the activation of granule-associated serine proteases in immune cells, making it a crucial player in the immune response. This kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for researchers studying conditions related to the immune system, such as autoimmune diseases, infections, and inflammatory disorders.
By measuring Cathepsin C levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for these conditions.Overall, the Human CTSC (Cathepsin C) CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to study the role of Cathepsin C in immune function and its implications for various diseases.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CTSC. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CTSC and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CTSC, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CTSC. You can calculate the concentration of Human CTSC in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
