The Human CRP (C-Reactive Protein) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of CRP levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications. CRP is a key biomarker of inflammation in the body and is often elevated in response to infection, injury, or other inflammatory conditions.
Monitoring CRP levels can provide valuable insight into the body's inflammatory response, making it a valuable tool for studying various diseases such as cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. With its user-friendly protocol and quick turnaround time, the Human CRP CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to study the role of CRP in health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CRP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CRP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CRP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CRP. You can calculate the concentration of Human CRP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
