Human CRHBP (Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Bingding Protein) CLIA Kit
The Human CRHBP (Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone Binding Protein) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and measuring CRHBP levels in human biological samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and accuracy, allowing for precise and reliable results in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.CRHBP is a key regulator of the stress response system, binding to corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) and modulating its activity. Dysregulation of CRHBP has been linked to various stress-related disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
The Human CRHBP CLIA Kit provides researchers with the means to investigate the role of CRHBP in these conditions and explore potential therapeutic interventions. With its easy-to-use format and robust performance, the Human CRHBP CLIA Kit is an invaluable tool for studying the complex interplay between CRHBP and stress-related disorders, offering new insights into their pathophysiology and potential treatment options.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CRHBP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CRHBP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CRHBP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CRHBP. You can calculate the concentration of Human CRHBP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
