Human Coxsackie And Adenovirus Receptor Like Membrane Protein (CLMP) ELISA Kit
The Human Coxsackie and Adenovirus Receptor-Like Membrane Protein (CLMP) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the precise measurement of CLMP levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, providing reliable and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.CLMP, a membrane protein similar to the Coxsackie and Adenovirus receptor, plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling pathways. Abnormalities in CLMP expression have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and autoimmune conditions.
Studying CLMP levels can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and may help in the development of novel therapeutic approaches. The Human CLMP ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to explore the role of this important membrane protein in health and disease. Its high performance and ease of use make it an ideal choice for laboratories conducting cutting-edge research in molecular biology, immunology, and related fields.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
