The Human Complement Component 8G (C8G) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of C8G levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research purposes.C8G is a key component of the complement system, a vital part of the immune system responsible for identifying and eliminating pathogens. Abnormalities in the complement system, including C8G, have been linked to autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and infectious diseases.
Therefore, the measurement of C8G levels can provide valuable insights into the immune response and disease progression. With its user-friendly protocol and high performance, the Human Complement Component 8G ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers studying immune function, inflammation, and related diseases. Get reliable data and advance your research with this advanced ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
