Human Complement Component 1,R Subcomponent (C1r) ELISA Kit
The Human Complement Component 1 R subcomponent (C1r) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the precise measurement of C1r levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying the complement system and its role in various diseases.Complement component 1 R subcomponent (C1r) is a key enzyme in the classical pathway of the complement system, playing a crucial role in immune response and inflammation.
Dysregulation of C1r has been implicated in autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and other conditions, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and monitoring. With its high performance and accuracy, the Human Complement Component 1 R subcomponent (C1r) ELISA Kit is an invaluable resource for researchers seeking to better understand the role of C1r in health and disease, ultimately leading to new insights and therapeutic targets for a range of medical conditions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
