The Human Complement 1 Inhibitor (C1INH) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for precise detection of C1INH levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit offers accurate and consistent results, making it a valuable asset for various research endeavors. C1INH is a pivotal player in the complement system, regulating the activation of complement proteins and preventing excessive inflammation. Dysregulation of C1INH has been implicated in various diseases, including hereditary angioedema and autoimmune disorders.
Therefore, measuring C1INH levels can provide crucial insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of targeted therapies. Whether investigating immune responses, inflammatory processes, or genetic disorders, the Human Complement 1 Inhibitor (C1INH) ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers seeking to unravel the complexities of the complement system and its implications in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
