Human COL1 alpha1 (Collagen Type I Alpha 1) CLIA Kit
The Human COL1A1 (Collagen Type I Alpha 1) CLIA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of collagen type I alpha 1 levels in human samples like serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers superior sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Collagen type I alpha 1 is a key component of the extracellular matrix and is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and strength of tissues such as skin, bones, and tendons. Dysregulation of collagen type I alpha 1 is associated with various diseases, including fibrosis, osteoporosis, and connective tissue disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
Whether you are investigating tissue repair mechanisms, studying fibrotic diseases, or exploring potential treatments for bone disorders, the Human COL1A1 CLIA Kit provides a reliable tool to accurately quantify collagen type I alpha 1 levels and advance your research efforts.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human COL1α1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human COL1α1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human COL1α1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human COL1α1. You can calculate the concentration of Human COL1α1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
