Human CNTNAP2 (Contactin Associated Protein Like Protein 2) CLIA Kit
The Human CNTNAP2 (Contactin-associated protein-like protein 2) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of CNTNAP2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.CNTNAP2 is a protein that plays a crucial role in neuronal development and function, particularly in synapse formation and maintenance. Mutations in the CNTNAP2 gene have been associated with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities, making it an important biomarker for understanding and potentially treating these conditions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human CNTNAP2 CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying neurological disorders and seeking to uncover the mechanisms underlying these conditions. Its accurate detection capabilities make it an essential component for advancing our knowledge of CNTNAP2 biology and its implications for human health.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CNTNAP2. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CNTNAP2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CNTNAP2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CNTNAP2. You can calculate the concentration of Human CNTNAP2 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
