Human Cluster Of Differentiation 34 (CD34) ELISA Kit
The Human Cluster of Differentiation 34 (CD34) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and precise measurement of CD34 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CD34 is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic stem cells and vascular endothelial cells, serving as a crucial marker for identifying and isolating hematopoietic stem cells.
Its expression is also associated with angiogenesis and plays a key role in the regulation of hematopoiesis and vasculogenesis. The Human CD34 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying stem cell biology, hematopoiesis, and angiogenesis, as well as exploring potential therapeutic targets for various diseases. With its advanced technology and user-friendly format, this kit is an essential resource for any laboratory conducting research in these areas.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
