Human Cleavage And Polyadenylation Specific Factor 1 (CPSF1) ELISA Kit
The Human Cleavage and Polyadenylation Specific Factor 1 (CPSF1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of CPSF1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.CPSF1 is a key factor involved in mRNA processing, specifically in the cleavage and polyadenylation of pre-mRNA molecules.
Dysregulation of CPSF1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying and developing therapies for these conditions. With its advanced technology and user-friendly format, the CPSF1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the role of CPSF1 in disease pathogenesis and developing targeted interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
