The Human CLDN11 (Claudin-11) CLIA Kit is a highly reliable assay designed for the precise quantification of CLDN11 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CLDN11, also known as Claudin-11, is a critical protein involved in cell-cell adhesion and the formation of tight junctions in various tissues, particularly in the central nervous system. Dysregulation of CLDN11 has been implicated in conditions such as multiple sclerosis and other neuroinflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease mechanisms and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its superior performance and versatility, the Human CLDN11 CLIA Kit is an invaluable tool for researchers seeking to explore the role of Claudin-11 in health and disease, providing precise measurements for meaningful insights and discoveries in the field of molecular biology and beyond.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CLDN11. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CLDN11 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CLDN11, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CLDN11. You can calculate the concentration of Human CLDN11 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
