The Human Chromogranin B (CHGB) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of chromogranin B levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is characterized by its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for various research applications. Chromogranin B is a protein that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including the regulation of protein secretion and neurotransmitter storage. Abnormal levels of chromogranin B have been associated with certain diseases such as neuroendocrine tumors and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potentially developing targeted therapies.
With the Human Chromogranin B (CHGB) ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify chromogranin B levels in human samples, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying disease development and progression. This kit is a valuable tool for both basic research and clinical studies aimed at understanding and treating chromogranin B-related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
