Human Cholinergic Receptor, Nicotinic, Alpha 3 (CHRNa3) ELISA Kit
The Human Cholinergic Receptor Nicotinic Alpha-3 (CHRNA3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of CHRNA3 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity to ensure accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for a range of research applications in the field of neuroscience.CHRNA3 is a key component of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, playing a crucial role in mediating neurotransmission and cognitive functions. Dysregulation of CHRNA3 has been implicated in various neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, nicotine addiction, and schizophrenia, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding the underlying mechanisms of these conditions.
By using the Human CHRNA3 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain insights into the role of CHRNA3 in brain function and disease pathology, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Its user-friendly format and robust performance make it an essential tool for studying the intricate workings of the cholinergic system in health and disease.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
