Human Chloride Channel Accessory 1 (CLCA1) ELISA Kit
The Human Chloride Channel Accessory 1 (CLCA1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of CLCA1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable asset for various research applications.CLCA1 is a key regulator of chloride channels, playing a critical role in mucin synthesis, airway hydration, and mucociliary clearance.
Dysregulation of CLCA1 has been implicated in respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), highlighting its importance as a potential diagnostic marker and therapeutic target.Discover the intricate role of CLCA1 in chloride channel function and respiratory health with the Human CLCA1 ELISA Kit. Trust in its precision and reliability to advance your research and contribute to the understanding and treatment of respiratory disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
