Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Ligand 14 (CCL14) ELISA Kit
The Human CCL14 ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of C-C motif ligand 14 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for various research applications.CCL14, also known as NCC-2, is a chemokine that plays a critical role in immune response and inflammation. It is involved in recruiting immune cells to the site of infection or injury, making it an essential biomarker for studying inflammatory diseases and immune system disorders.
Understanding CCL14 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of targeted therapies. With the Human CCL14 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently measure CCL14 levels in human samples, allowing for in-depth investigations into the role of this chemokine in health and disease. This kit offers a reliable and efficient tool for advancing research in immunology, inflammation, and related fields.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
