Human CG beta (Chorionic Gonadotrophin Beta) CLIA Kit
The Human CG Beta (Chorionic Gonadotrophin Beta) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of CG Beta levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal choice for researchers in a variety of fields.CG Beta is a hormone that plays a crucial role in pregnancy, being produced by the placenta and responsible for maintaining the corpus luteum.
Abnormal levels of CG Beta can indicate issues with pregnancy, such as ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage, making it a valuable biomarker for monitoring pregnancy health. This kit is essential for studying reproductive health and fertility issues, as well as for monitoring the progress of pregnancy and potential complications. Its high sensitivity and specificity make it a valuable tool for researchers and healthcare professionals alike.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CGβ. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CGβ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CGβ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CGβ. You can calculate the concentration of Human CGβ in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
