The Human CD64 Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated (AGEL1116) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the CD64 molecule, a key receptor involved in immune responses. This antibody, specifically designed for use in flow cytometry experiments, is conjugated with PE/Cyanine5 for enhanced detection and analysis of CD64 expression on human cells.CD64, also known as Fc-gamma receptor I, plays an essential role in the activation of immune cells and is crucial for immune responses against pathogens. By targeting CD64 with this monoclonal antibody, researchers can accurately assess the level of CD64 expression on cell surfaces, providing valuable insights into immune cell function and activation status.
With its high specificity and sensitivity, the Human CD64 Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated (AGEL1116) is an indispensable tool for immunology research, especially in studies focusing on immune cell activation, inflammatory responses, and infectious diseases. Its ability to precisely detect CD64 expression makes it a valuable asset for scientists aiming to unravel the complexities of the immune system and develop novel therapeutic strategies.

Background:
CD64 is a 72 kD single chain type I glycoprotein also known as FcγRI and FcR I. CD64 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and activated granulocytes. The expression can be upregulated by IFN-γ stimulation. CD64 binds IgG immune complex. It plays a role in antigen capture, phagocytosis of IgG/antigen complexes, and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
