The FITC-conjugated Human CD45RA Monoclonal Antibody (HI100) is a powerful tool for researchers studying immune cell populations and differentiation processes in human samples. This antibody, designated AGEL0229, specifically targets the CD45RA antigen found on naive T cells and memory T cells, aiding in the identification and sorting of these cell subsets. The HI100 antibody is a monoclonal antibody that has been precisely engineered to provide high specificity and sensitivity in flow cytometry applications. The FITC conjugation allows for fluorescent detection, enabling easy visualization of CD45RA-expressing cells in complex samples. With its excellent performance in immunophenotyping and cell sorting experiments, this antibody is essential for studies investigating immune responses, T cell development, and immune system function.
By targeting the CD45RA antigen, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune cell profiles and dynamics within human samples. This antibody is a valuable resource for immunologists, oncologists, and researchers exploring immune cell populations in various disease contexts. Whether studying immune responses in cancer, autoimmune disorders, or infectious diseases, the HI100 FITC-conjugated CD45RA antibody offers precise and reliable detection of CD45RA-expressing cells, advancing research into immune system biology and therapeutic interventions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45RA is a 205-220 kD single chain type I glycoprotein. It is an exon 4 splice variant of the tyrosine phosphatase CD45. The CD45RA isoform is expressed on resting/naïve T cells, medullary thymocytes, B cells and monocytes. CD45RA enhances both T cell receptor and B cell receptor signaling. CD45 non-covalently associates with lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) on T and B lymphocytes. CD45 has been reported to be associated with several other cell surface antigens including CD1, CD2, CD3, and CD4. CD45 has also been reported to bind galectin-1. CD45 isoform expression can change in response to cytokines.
