The Human CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PERCP Conjugated) - HI30 | AGEL1680 is a specialized research tool designed for the detection and analysis of CD45, a crucial cell surface marker widely used in immunology research. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PERCP for heightened sensitivity, is specifically targeted towards human samples and is validated for use in flow cytometry applications.CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen, is a key protein involved in the regulation of immune cell function and differentiation. Its expression profile on different immune cell subsets makes it an essential marker for identifying and characterizing various immune cell populations.
The high specificity of the HI30 antibody towards CD45 allows for precise and accurate detection in a wide range of cell types, making it an invaluable tool for studies in immunophenotyping, cell sorting, and immunotherapy research.By utilizing the Human CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PERCP Conjugated) - HI30 | AGEL1680, researchers can gain valuable insights into immune cell populations, monitor changes in immune responses, and investigate the role of CD45 in various immunological processes. Overall, this antibody offers a powerful tool for advancing our understanding of immune system function and its implications in health and disease.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45 is a 180 - 240 kD single chain type I membrane glycoprotein also known as leukocyte common antigen (LCA) and T200. It is a tyrosine phosphatase expressed on the plasma membrane of all hematopoietic cells, except erythrocytes or platelets. CD45 is a signaling molecule that regulates a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, cell cycle, and oncogenic transformation. CD45 plays a critical role in T and B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation by dephosphorylating substrates including p56Lck, p59Fyn, and other Src family kinases. CD45 non-covalently associates with lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) on T and B lymphocytes. CD45 has been reported to bind galectin-1 and to be associated with several other cell surface antigens including CD1, CD2, CD3, and CD4.
