The Human CD32 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated, IV.3) is a specialized research tool designed for the detection and analysis of CD32, also known as Fc gamma receptor II. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PE/Cyanine5, offers high specificity and sensitivity for binding to CD32 protein in human samples.CD32 is a cell surface receptor that plays a key role in immune responses, particularly in mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and phagocytosis. By targeting CD32, researchers can gain insights into immune signaling pathways and mechanisms related to infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions. The IV.3 monoclonal antibody is carefully validated for various applications, including flow cytometry and immunofluorescence, allowing for precise identification and characterization of CD32-expressing cells in complex biological samples.
Its utility in immunology and molecular biology research makes it an invaluable resource for investigating the functions and dysregulation of CD32 in health and disease contexts.Whether studying immune cell interactions, therapeutic antibody mechanisms, or immune checkpoint modulation, the Human CD32 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated, IV.3) offers researchers a powerful tool for advancing their understanding of immune system dynamics and developing targeted interventions for immune-related disorders.

Background:
CD32 is a 40 kD polymorphic transmembrane glycoprotein also known as FcγRII and FCRII. It is an immunoglobulin superfamily member expressed on monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, platelets and B cells. There are at least 6 isoforms of CD32 resulting from alternative mRNA splicing. CD32 mediates phagocytosis and oxidative burst in granulocytes, as well as platelet aggregation and immunomodulation. The extracellular domain of CD32 binds to polymeric and aggregated IgG and immune complexes, while the intracellular domain has been reported to associate with SHP-1 (B1 isoform).
