The Human CD32 Monoclonal Antibody (APC-conjugated) (IV.3) is a valuable tool for research involving CD32, an important cell surface receptor involved in immune response modulation. This monoclonal antibody, specifically engineered for use in flow cytometry applications, is designed to specifically bind to the CD32 protein, enabling accurate detection and analysis in various cell types.CD32, also known as Fc gamma receptor II (FcγRII), is a key player in immune regulation, particularly in the context of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and phagocytosis. This receptor is crucial for the activation and inhibition of immune responses, making it a critical target for investigation in immunology and infectious disease research.
The APC-conjugated IV.3 Monoclonal Antibody is highly specific to human samples, ensuring reliable and reproducible results in experiments studying CD32 expression and function. Its use in flow cytometry allows for the precise identification and characterization of CD32-positive cell populations, facilitating in-depth analysis of immune cell interactions and responses.Researchers in fields such as immunology, infectious diseases, and autoimmunity will find this monoclonal antibody indispensable for their studies, providing valuable insights into the role of CD32 in immune regulation and its potential as a therapeutic target in various diseases.

Background:
CD32 is a 40 kD polymorphic transmembrane glycoprotein also known as FcγRII and FCRII. It is an immunoglobulin superfamily member expressed on monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, platelets and B cells. There are at least 6 isoforms of CD32 resulting from alternative mRNA splicing. CD32 mediates phagocytosis and oxidative burst in granulocytes, as well as platelet aggregation and immunomodulation. The extracellular domain of CD32 binds to polymeric and aggregated IgG and immune complexes, while the intracellular domain has been reported to associate with SHP-1 (B1 isoform).
