Human CD30L (Cluster of Differentiation 30 Lligand) CLIA Kit
The Human CD30L (Cluster of Differentiation 30 Ligand) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the sensitive and accurate measurement of CD30 ligand levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for various research applications.CD30 ligand is a protein that plays a crucial role in immune responses, particularly in regulating the function of T cells. Dysregulation of CD30 ligand has been associated with various inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and certain types of cancer.
Therefore, measuring CD30 ligand levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of targeted therapies.Overall, the Human CD30L CLIA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to investigate the role of CD30 ligand in health and disease, ultimately advancing our understanding of immune function and potential therapeutic interventions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CD30L. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CD30L and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CD30L, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CD30L. You can calculate the concentration of Human CD30L in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
