The Human CD273 (PD-L2) Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated) is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying immune regulation and immune checkpoint molecules. This monoclonal antibody, designated as 24F.10C12, is specifically designed for the detection and analysis of CD273 (PD-L2) protein in human samples. By conjugating it with APC, this antibody enables highly sensitive and specific flow cytometry analysis.CD273, also known as programmed death ligand 2 (PD-L2), is a crucial immune checkpoint molecule that plays a pivotal role in immune response modulation and maintaining peripheral tolerance. Its interaction with the programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1) on T cells is implicated in regulating T cell activation and immune responses.
The aberrant expression or dysregulation of CD273 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases.By using the Human CD273 (PD-L2) Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated) in your research, you can delve into the intricate mechanisms of immune regulation, gain insights into immune escape strategies in cancer, and explore new avenues for immunotherapy development. This antibody is a valuable tool for elucidating the role of CD273 in immune modulation and its potential as a therapeutic target in immuno-oncology and autoimmune diseases research.

Background:
CD273, known as B7-DC, is also called programmed death ligand 2 (PDL2). This ligand is a 25 kD type I transmembrane protein and a member of B7 family within the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily and is expressed on a subset of dendritic cells, liver and a small subset of macrophages as well as a few transformed cell lines. CD273 has been reported to be stimulatory on dendritic cells when cross-linked and to inhibit T cell activation upon engaging the PD-1 receptor. CD273 has also been reported to bind to an alternative receptor and to mediate T cell activation through such non-PD1 mediated interactions.
