The Human CD27 Monoclonal Antibody (PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated) is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying immune cell activation and differentiation. This antibody, designated O323 (AGEL1713), is specifically designed to target the CD27 protein, a crucial molecule involved in immune responses and lymphocyte activation.CD27, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, is essential for the generation of long-lived memory T cells and the regulation of immune responses. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PerCP-Cyanine5.5, provides a highly sensitive and specific means of detecting and analyzing CD27 expression in various cell populations.
With its high reactivity towards human CD27, this antibody is a valuable asset for investigations in immunology, vaccine development, and cancer research. By facilitating the identification and characterization of CD27-expressing cells, researchers can gain insights into immune system function, cellular interactions, and potential therapeutic targets.Whether exploring the role of CD27 in immune activation, memory T cell formation, or disease pathogenesis, the Human CD27 Monoclonal Antibody (PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated, O323 AGEL1713) offers a reliable and versatile tool for advancing our understanding of immune responses and developing novel immunotherapies.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD27 is a 50-55 kD type I membrane protein also known as S152 and T14. It is a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. CD27 is expressed on medullary thymocytes, virtually all mature T cells, some B cells, and NK cells. CD27 binds to CD70 and plays an important role in costimulation of T cell activation, and regulation of B cell differentiation and proliferation. The cytoplasmic domains of CD27 have also been shown to interact with TRAF2 and TRAF5 to elicit NF-κB and SAPK/JNK activation.
