The Human CD27 Monoclonal Antibody PE Conjugated (O323) is a powerful tool for researchers studying immune responses and cell signaling pathways. This antibody, available from AssayGenie, is specifically designed to target the CD27 protein, a cell surface receptor that plays a key role in regulating immune system activity. The PE conjugation of this monoclonal antibody allows for easy and precise detection of CD27 in flow cytometry assays, making it ideal for analyzing cell populations and immune cell subsets. With high reactivity and specificity for human samples, this antibody provides researchers with a reliable tool for investigating the function and expression of CD27 in various experimental setups.
The CD27 protein is known to be involved in T-cell activation, differentiation, and memory formation, making it a crucial target for immunology studies. By using the Human CD27 Monoclonal Antibody PE Conjugated (O323), researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of CD27 in immune responses, autoimmune diseases, and potential therapeutic interventions.Explore the potential of CD27 research with this high-quality monoclonal antibody from AssayGenie, and unlock new discoveries in immunology and beyond.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD27 is a 50-55 kD type I membrane protein also known as S152 and T14. It is a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. CD27 is expressed on medullary thymocytes, virtually all mature T cells, some B cells, and NK cells. CD27 binds to CD70 and plays an important role in costimulation of T cell activation, and regulation of B cell differentiation and proliferation. The cytoplasmic domains of CD27 have also been shown to interact with TRAF2 and TRAF5 to elicit NF-κB and SAPK/JNK activation.
