The Human CD11c Monoclonal Antibody PE-Conjugated (BU15) is a powerful tool for research involving CD11c, a key cell surface marker expressed on dendritic cells. This antibody, conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE), allows for easy detection and analysis of CD11c in human samples, making it an essential reagent for immunology and cell biology studies.CD11c is a well-known marker for dendritic cells, which play a crucial role in the immune system by presenting antigens to T-cells and initiating immune responses. By targeting CD11c with this monoclonal antibody, researchers can accurately identify and study dendritic cells in various experimental setups, from flow cytometry to immunofluorescence assays.
The use of this PE-conjugated CD11c monoclonal antibody provides researchers with a reliable tool to investigate the role of dendritic cells in immune responses, inflammatory processes, and disease pathogenesis. Its specificity and sensitivity make it a valuable asset for those studying dendritic cell biology, vaccine development, and immunotherapy strategies. Trust in the BU15 antibody to enhance your research and unlock new insights into the intricate world of dendritic cell biology.

Background:
CD11c is a 145-150 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as integrin αX and CR4. CD11c non-covalently associates with integrin β2 (CD18) and is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, granulocytes, NK cells, and subsets of T and B cells. CD11c has been reported to play a role in adhesion and CTL killing through its interactions with fibrinogen, CD54, and iC3b.
