The Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated) (CB-CALLA-AGEL1083) from Assay Genie is a cutting-edge tool for researchers exploring the CD10 protein, also known as Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA). This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PE/Cyanine7 for fluorescent detection, offers high specificity and sensitivity in identifying CD10 expression in human samples.CD10, a cell surface marker found on various cell types including leukocytes and certain cancer cells, plays a crucial role in cell differentiation, particularly in hematopoietic development. The Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody enables precise detection and analysis of CD10-expressing cells, making it valuable for research in immunology, hematology, and oncology.
With its validated performance in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications, this antibody provides researchers with a reliable tool for studying CD10 involvement in normal hematopoiesis, leukemia diagnostics, and tumor characterization. By elucidating the role of CD10 in cellular processes and disease mechanisms, this antibody contributes to advancing our understanding of hematological disorders and developing targeted therapies in the field of oncology.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
