This monoclonal antibody is specifically designed to detect and target the CD10 protein in human samples, providing accurate and reliable results for a wide range of applications.CD10, also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), is a cell surface peptidase that plays a crucial role in cell differentiation and proliferation. It is commonly used as a marker for identifying and characterizing different cell types, particularly in the fields of immunology, oncology, and stem cell research. The high specificity and sensitivity of this antibody make it an excellent choice for studies focused on understanding the role of CD10 in normal physiological processes and disease pathways.
With its AF647 conjugation, this monoclonal antibody offers the added benefit of fluorescence detection, allowing for easy visualization and quantification of CD10 expression in various cell types and tissues. Whether used in flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, or immunohistochemistry assays, this antibody provides researchers with a powerful tool to investigate the function and regulation of CD10 in both health and disease.Overall, the Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (AF647 Conjugated, HI10A-AgEL1722) is a valuable resource for researchers seeking to advance their understanding of CD10 biology and its potential implications in different research areas. Trust Assay Genie's expertise and quality products to support your research needs effectively.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
