The Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (AF488 Conjugated) is a specialized antibody designed for research purposes involving CD10, a cell surface protein with crucial roles in immune function and cell differentiation. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with AF488 for fluorescence detection, is specifically engineered for high reactivity with human samples, making it an essential tool for immunology and cell biology studies.CD10, also known as Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA), is a cell surface enzyme involved in the cleavage of peptide bonds. Its expression has been linked to various physiological and pathological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and cancer progression.
This monoclonal antibody binds specifically to CD10, allowing for precise detection and analysis within different cell types, facilitating in-depth investigations into its functional mechanisms. With its validated specificity and sensitivity, the Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (AF488 Conjugated) is suitable for a range of applications, including immunofluorescence assays, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry. Researchers in fields such as oncology, hematology, and pathology can utilize this antibody to explore the roles of CD10 in normal cellular function and disease states, paving the way for innovative discoveries and potential therapeutic advancements.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
