The Human Carbonic Anhydrase I (CA1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the detection and quantification of carbonic anhydrase I levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This highly sensitive and specific kit delivers reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.Carbonic anhydrase I is a key enzyme involved in catalyzing the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide to bicarbonate and protons, playing a crucial role in various physiological processes including pH regulation and transport of carbon dioxide.
Dysregulation of carbonic anhydrase I has been implicated in various diseases such as metabolic disorders, renal diseases, and osteopetrosis, making it a valuable biomarker for research and diagnostic purposes.By using the Human Carbonic Anhydrase I (CA1) ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure carbonic anhydrase I levels in human samples, leading to a better understanding of its role in health and disease. This kit is easy to use, offering a reliable and efficient method for studying carbonic anhydrase I and its potential implications in various pathological conditions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
