Human Carbohydrate Antigen 72-4 (CA72-4) ELISA Kit
The Human Carbohydrate Antigen 72-4 (CA72-4) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting CA72-4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides consistent and reproducible results, making it the perfect choice for various research applications.CA72-4 is a carbohydrate antigen that is commonly used as a biomarker for various cancers, particularly gastrointestinal cancers. Its levels have been found to be elevated in patients with gastric and pancreatic cancer, making it a valuable marker for early detection and monitoring of these diseases.
By using the Human CA72-4 ELISA Kit, researchers can conveniently measure CA72-4 levels in biological samples, allowing for the study of cancer progression, treatment response, and disease monitoring. With its user-friendly protocols and robust performance, this ELISA kit is an essential tool for cancer research and clinical diagnostics.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
