The Human Calpain Small Subunit 1 (CAPNS1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for measuring levels of CAPNS1 in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.CAPNS1 is a key subunit of the calpain protein complex, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes including cell signaling, cytoskeletal dynamics, and apoptosis.
Dysregulation of calpain activity has been implicated in various diseases such as muscular dystrophy, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer, highlighting the importance of studying CAPNS1 levels as a potential biomarker for these conditions. With its reliable performance and broad applicability, the Human CAPNS1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to unravel the roles of calpain in health and disease, as well as for developing targeted therapies for related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
