Human Calcium/Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinase Kinase 2 (CAMKK2) ELISA Kit
The Human Calcium/Calmodulin-Dependent Protein Kinase Kinase 2 (CAMKK2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of CAMKK2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CAMKK2 is an important enzyme that plays a key role in regulating cellular functions such as cell growth, metabolism, and gene expression. Dysregulation of CAMKK2 has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its significance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for disease monitoring.
With the Human CAMKK2 ELISA Kit, researchers can easily investigate the role of CAMKK2 in disease pathogenesis, identify potential therapeutic targets, and monitor treatment outcomes with confidence and accuracy. Order your kit today to advance your research efforts in understanding the role of CAMKK2 in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
