The Human Calcineurin ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is specifically designed for the precise detection of calcineurin levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results that are suitable for a variety of research purposes.Calcineurin is a key enzyme involved in signal transduction, particularly in the regulation of T-cell activation and immune response. Dysregulation of calcineurin activity has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, neurological conditions, and cancer.
Therefore, the measurement of calcineurin levels is essential for understanding these diseases and exploring potential therapeutic options. With the Human Calcineurin ELISA Kit, researchers can easily quantify calcineurin levels in biological samples, allowing for in-depth study and analysis of its role in disease pathogenesis. Trust AssayGenie for reliable and accurate results in your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
