The Human Cadherin Osteoblast (CDHOB) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a highly reliable and accurate kit designed for the detection of cadherin levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring consistent and precise results for various research applications.Cadherins are essential proteins involved in cell-cell adhesion and play a crucial role in osteoblast function and bone formation. The accurate measurement of cadherin levels is vital for understanding the mechanisms underlying bone development and remodeling, as well as for studying conditions such as osteoporosis and bone metastasis.
With the Human Cadherin Osteoblast ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently study the role of cadherins in osteoblast biology and skeletal health, making it a valuable tool for advancing research in bone-related diseases and therapies. Trust Assay Genie for high-quality ELISA kits for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
