Human Breast Cancer Susceptibility Protein 2 (BRCA2) ELISA Kit
The Human Breast Cancer Susceptibility Protein 2 (BRCA2) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the precise and reliable measurement of BRCA2 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This advanced kit offers superior sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research applications.BRCA2 is a key protein involved in DNA repair and maintenance, particularly in the context of breast cancer susceptibility. Mutations in the BRCA2 gene are associated with an increased risk of hereditary breast and ovarian cancers, highlighting the importance of studying this biomarker for early detection and personalized treatment strategies.
With the BRCA2 ELISA Kit, researchers can streamline their efforts to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying breast cancer and other related diseases. This comprehensive kit provides a valuable tool for investigating BRCA2 function, disease pathology, and potential therapeutic targets in the quest for improved patient outcomes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
